Move App, unlocker, and database to SD

Hi folks.
This may have been answered, though I cannot find.
The installation has used the bulk of resident memory in my new HTC500, and in another tablet.
How can I move the whole lot to SD card?
Is there a way to determine the destination of fresh installation?
