Hi Jonewborg

Update mechanism: no idea
May be, you should start uninstalling Fly is Fun and then reinstall it from Google Play store.

Removing datas (FIF version 20.20)

- Removing Navigation items data
In “Nav database” windows, where you select navigation data to download
Scrolling done to desired country
If navigation data are available for a country, you see a red trash, in front of its name
Press on the red trash to delete related datas

- Deleting a Maps
From “Maps library”,
Scrolling done to desired country
If map is installed its name appears in green
Long press on green maps names, until you a red trash popup
Select the red trash to suppress the map

- Suppressing Terrain data
When terrain data are available, they appear as green square on “Terrain data” selection screen
To suppress terrain data press on green square, until it become red and then validate

First backup in an other folder than the application folder GPS_ILS_VOR data you want to keep:
- logbook (in GIL format)
- pilots
- aircrafts
- routes (in GIR format)
- your own waypoints (in GIW format)
- your own maps

then delete GPS_ILS_VOR

Then delete the application Fly is Fun

Then go to Google play store and reinstall the application from there
You should get version 20.26 or 21....
