Within a week I can not update the database 18-12 (official start update - 08-11-18). The program does not notify about the need to perform this procedure, it is also impossible to do it yourself. What are the ways out of this situation?

Did you install the last version of FIF 21.31?
If there is changed data format, old versions of FIF are without new database support.
