Double invoicing by Google play

Hello,
I am a FIF user for years (Savage 70IV) F-JWNT): Unfortunately, I have been charged twice in a row by Google Play for the app. First time on June 26th (25€99), second time, same amount, on September 9th. First invoicing was related to the installation of the app on a new handy as the old one was broken. Meanwhile I have fixed and resuscitated my old phone. Maybe the reason for that ? Anyway it is unfair to double charge the app. How to proceed to get refunded?

It shouldn't happen if you are using the same email
(I have FIF installed on 2 phones and 2 tablets with the same subscription and same Google account)

It could be a Google bug, that is to be managed in the Playstore in the subscription section
Cancel the most recent subscription, if it's not to late

Or send an email to Petr

[b]I did cancel the latest susbcription scheduled on sept 2021. It was of course impossible to get refunded for 2020 and 2019.[/b]

Sorry, I do not know, why it happened - this is managing by Google.
Did you install application on another device with the same Google account?
