Subscription payment failed (after many years)

As all of you, I am using Fly is Fun for many years. Every year I pay the subscription via the Google Play.
This year Google refused to accept the payment.
When I try manually via web browser as well as via the Google Play app on my mobile, the result is the same:
Google opens the window of my bank, I enter the security codes, my bank confirmes the payment. The window closes, Google waits shortly and then again opens the window of my bank. Never ending loop.
The technical support of my bank confirmed, that everything proceeded properly, the bank gave permission to Google to get the money, but the transaction was not completed from the Google side.
I tried several payment methods (several cards) with the same result. I went through all Google help pages to make sure all data is entered correctly.
Have you experienced similar issue?

Google has suspended my payment account for some unfathomable reason, so no one can pay for the annual app subscription now. Moreover, I have not even received the subscription money from Google, which was collected in both May and June.
I got an email saying they couldn't verify my identity, but I sent them all my documents several times.
I've been trying for a month and a half to find out what the problem is, but I still have no information. I communicate on google helpdesk chat several times a week. There they promise me each time that I will hear back from a verification specialist within 48 hours who will sort it out with me. Unfortunately, this has not happened on the 15th attempt.
Who would be interested in checking out my conversation with Google where they just promise but never deliver. It's worth it.

Hi Petr!! How are you?
I have use you app for many years until 2015, and I really think it´s great.
I tried to start to use it again, and I found the problem you mentioned in this post.
I don´t konw if you could solve this problem with google sometime, but, until that, why don´t you try to publish a Paypal o any virtual wallet where we can "contribute" to your developing, so you will not work for free... it´s a humble opinion...
You´re always doing a great job with FIF.

Ahoj Petře!
Stejný názor. Když odmítá Google platit (chce neustále měnit platební metodu), klidně jako dlouholetý spokojený uživatel přispěji jiným způsobem.

Google odmítal 2,5 měsíce 949,- Kč, teď ale vidím že chce roční platbu 1499,-Kč. Nespletl se?

Promo kód nemám a ani nevím jak se dá získat.
