Import of tracks (GPX)

Is it possible to import and display (GPX) tracks on the screen ?
This feature was mentioned in post http://funair.cz/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5965&p=8354&hilit=import+tracks#p8354, but I could not figure how to do it.
