World Database not saving

I was an old unlocker version user but now I have the last update and a subscription. I can download maps, elevation data and PDFs. But if I try to download the world database, after importing all items the app crashes and restarts, no database is present.
I´ve uninstalled the unlocker but nothing changes. Any help will be welcome as I need the app for a flight this friday.
