FiF can work only with files, which contain data.

Your file does not contain any data - just links to data.
If you unzip file, you get doc.kml and if you look inside, you get something like this:

If these data are up to date, I can work for adding them to database for easy using them. It would be not easy (I guess 2 weeks of working), because of different format, but possible and I woudl need your help (testing, distingish what is important etc.)

Hi. Sorry I forgot to answer...

No open 203_v02.kmL in FIF?
Because FIF do no reckognise this format. It is quite complicated. There are scripts in the file.

Try one thing:
- Rename 203_v02.kmz to 203_v02.kmz.zip
- Unzip file- you get doc.kml
- have a look inside doc.kml

Write me email, which data are you missig.
